About the Conference
Catch up with new trends in technology with the 2009 CFDG IT Conference. This year’s conference follows up on feedback received last year by focussing on strategic issues of direct relevance to an FD who is responsible for IT.
This year we have three main themes. IT governance looks at return on investment, getting Board support and corporate politics. The second theme is Security. Under this heading we look at data protection, e-banking, disaster recovery and data leakage. Finally we are looking at what is on the horizon. Under this broad heading we have measuring sustainable performance, an innovative homeworking solution and - to finish the day off - the ‘deglobalisation of the Internet’.
We are sure the combination of strategic focus and technological trends will give you food for thought and help you understand the impact and implications of IT for your organisation
