Many of firms that do business with charities value the opportunity to exhibit at CFG conferences. We currently run seven conferences per year and each of them includes a number of exhibition stand spaces (we never use shell schemes, we just provide 3m x 2m space with a table, chairs and power).
Because Subscribers get an initial two week booking window during which most conferences sell out, it is rare for non-subscriber firms to get a chance to exhibit. We try very hard to be scrupulously fair about the selling of these exhibition stand spaces, so we email all Subscribers simultaneously and allocate the stands on a first-come-first-served basis. The stand spaces sell for between £3,000 (for the main room at our Annual Conference) and £1,500 plus VAT (for our regional conferences).
