UBS has many years of experience in advising charities and delivering performance on all aspects of their investments, and strives to maintain an excellent understanding of the needs of charitable organisations. We aim to offer a highly personalised service to ensure our client’s assets are managed in the most appropriate way.

Our approach to managing a charity’s assets is to look at the whole picture to ensure that the charity’s interests drive the entire process. We design each investment strategy to meet individual charity’s needs and circumstances. With our expertise in strategic asset allocation, we can structure an investment strategy that is in line with the charity’s goals, level of comfort with risk and performance targets

We can offer charities a choice of investment methodology. Drawing on our institutional asset management capabilities, we can manage your portfolio on a segregated basis or fully pooled using our own funds.

The ‘open architecture’ offered in our wealth management business means that we can put together carefully constructed portfolios of third party funds, as well as segregated portfolios where required.

Ethical investment guidelines can be accommodated wherever a segregated approach is taken.

We have extensive experience in dealing with alternative investments and can help charities understand the issues and how best to get exposure to these asset classes.
