Membership Regions

One of the great strengths of CFDG is the individual members – your knowledge, skills and expertise and your willingness to share experiences with your peers is a tremendous asset.

Whilst for many members the journey into London for meetings is simple and cost effective, since 2001 CFDG has been committed to the establishment of a regional presence – enabling more members in England and Wales to meet regularly and exchange news and views.

Currently we have three regional groups, enabling CFDG to provide regular regional meetings for members in the North of England, South West and Wales and the West Midlands.

With just over 280 members in the three regions, a quarter of all CFDG members are now based outside London and CFDG has established a lively programme of member events in each region. Every member meeting starts with a buffet lunch between 1-2pm providing an informal forum for members to meet and discuss current issues.

Of course, as a regional member of CFDG you have access to the full range of member benefits. Your unique membership login enables you to access our Helpline service, the Charity Resource Network and you can search for fellow members with a particular speciality in a field that is of interest to you.
