Consultation: Protecting charities from terrorist abuse

CFDG welcomed the opportunity to comment on this consultation

This response was put together based on the feedback from our members at our breakfast seminar on the consultation which took place on 24th July. Our response is split into four areas which are - is the response proportionate, what is the role of the Charity Commission,what is best practice and what difficulties does the response to the “War on Terror” give to aid agencies and what potential solutions are there?
