Consultation: Draft Public Benefit Guidance

CFDG welcomed the opportuntity to comment on this consultation.

The move to a public benefit test that provides a level playing field for all organisations to demonstrate the benefit they provide to the public is welcome. We believe it is right that all charities should consider the public benefit they provide whatever their cause.
