Consultation: Commission for the Compact Business Plan 2007-08

CFDG welcomed the opportunity to comment on this consultation

In our response we suggested that the main activities for the Compact Commission over the next three years are to ensure better awareness and implementation of the Compact within government and the third sector. Secondly, we would like to see more training and support that raises awareness and compliance with the Compact. In support of this we would like to see the government providing the Compact Commissioner with statutory powers to ensure compact compliance.
