She will look at diversifying charities' funding bases, sweating and recognising your assets, collaboration and new partnerships between sectors, pooling reserves and unclaimed assets. The Finance Function - Much more than bean-counters.

The finance function of the future has arrived, yet there is some uncertainty and CEOs and trustees often do not recognise the true contribution that can and should be made by the finance functions. Is this because sometimes the finance function does not recognise it either? This session looks at the strategic role of finance and the evolving role of the FD in facing the new times and the new challenges.
